COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2021/616 of 13 April 2021 amending Annexes II, III and V to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for benalaxyl, benalaxyl-M, dichlobenil, fluopicolide, proquinazid and pyridalyl in or on certain products. The regulations amend the annexes of the Pesticides Regulation by setting limits for residues of various substances used as pesticides in raw materials intended for food consumption. In order to allow companies to adapt to the new limits and to exhaust stocks of goods already produced, the regulations provide for a transitional regime until November 2021.
