Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/1104 of 1 July 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 68/2013 on the Catalogue of feed materials
This Regulation replaces in its entirety the Annex to Regulation (EU) No. 68/2013 containing the list of products classified as feed materials, rearranging its contents and removing certain ambiguities of classification for products that are also to be considered as feed additives.
The Regulation enters into force on 24 July 2022, but provides for adjustment periods for products already placed on the market, with timeframes extending in some cases until 2028.
