Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1041 of 16 April 2021 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/127 as regards the requirements on pesticides in infant formula and follow-on formula.

The Regulation amends Reg. (EU) No. 2016/127 on infant formula and follow-on formula by adopting the definition of "pesticides" in Reg. (EC) No. 396/2005 and updating the lists with the original compounds of active substances.

The Regulation enters into force on 18 July.
