COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2021/642 of 30 October 2020 amending Annex III to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards certain information to be provided on the labelling of organic products. The Regulation updates the new Organic Products Regulation, requiring that seed used for organic farming production can only be labelled as organic if a minimum percentage of organic seed is 70%. The regulation applies from 1 January 2022.
